Corrugated Box Company uses the best supplies and equipment in
the industry to insure quality product from start to finish.
First we secure our sheet supply from rawpaper rolls through
a 98"corrugator manufactured byMitsubishi. The sheets are
then converted into cartons, die cuts and point of purchase displays
for all companies that have product to ship. The designs for
these boxes come from existing product or are created from scratch
by our technical design team.
We use state of the art equipment that prints, glues and bundles
in line for efficient and quick turn around delivery. For cartons
we may use one of our three flexo's. Die cuts and point of purchase
displays may run on our ward rotary, our rotary d/c, or our Thompson
flat die. For our die cut orders that need gluing, we use our
custom built glue machine manufactured by the Bobst Company.
Once your box or display is complete, it is then baled, per your
specifications and scheduled for next day delivery.
You can be assured our staff takes special care in overseeing
the production of your box or display from beginning to end.
All of our products are guaranteed to meet or exceed industry
specifications.
